Admissions are open from Prep to Grade 10 in both English Medium and Gujarati Medium. We are proud to offer Saurashtra’s first Global Medium section as well.
Parents are requested to visit the school campus in person. The admission process includes an entrance test, followed by a counselling session with the admissions team.
Yes, all students (except Playhouse applicants) are required to appear for an entrance assessment.
At present, Nachiketa does not offer scholarship programs.
We follow the curriculum prescribed by NCERT, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP).
Students are assessed through regular tests and examinations, along with continuous observation of behaviour, punctuality, discipline, and politeness.
Offerings vary by grade and include:
English, Gujarati, Hindi, Mathematics, EVS, Science, Social Science, Sanskrit, Grammar, Reasoning, Mental Maths, English Communication, Computer Studies, Reading and Phonics, Dictation, Tables, Drawing, Dance, Music, Sports, Yoga, Karate, Library, Innovative Homework, Competitive Exam Practice, and Fundamental Tests.
Students have these sessions as a part of their timetable. Moreover, they regularly receive guidance and motivation from accomplished personalities under our unique “Friends of School (FOS)” initiative, which enriches sports, arts, and wellness programs throughout the year.
Yes. These are integral to Nachiketa’s philosophy. Notably, “Bal Varta Diwas” (15 November) is a state-recognised celebration initiated through the efforts of our Founder President, Respected Sairam Dave.
We organise orientations, storytelling-based sessions, and interactive seminars to strengthen the parent-school partnership.
Yes. Nachiketa conducts periodic parenting sessions, counselling workshops, and guidance programs for families.
School timings vary according to grade and medium:
- Prep (English/Gujarati Medium): 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM
- Grade 1 to 10 (English Medium): 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- Grade 1 to 10 (Gujarati/Global Medium): 12:00 PM to 5:15 PM
Special stay-back sessions are available for secondary students.
