Teacher Training Programs
At Nachiketa Schooling System, we believe that exceptional educators create exceptional learners.
Our Teacher Training Program is designed to uplift teaching standards through structured, continuous, and meaningful professional development.
Training is conducted across three progressive levels, ensuring every teacher grows in skill, confidence, and philosophy.
Level 1: In-School Training by Nachiketa’s Academic Team
The first level focuses on strengthening core teaching competencies within the school itself.
Our academic trainers conduct regular sessions on:
- classroom management
- child psychology and behaviour understanding
- effective lesson planning
- activity-based and experiential teaching
- assessment strategies
- use of TLM (Teaching-Learning Material)
This level ensures that every teacher is aligned with Nachiketa’s philosophy, values, and child-centric approach.
Level 2: Expert Workshops Conducted at School
The second level brings in external experts from various fields—educational consultants, child psychologists, NEP specialists, storytellers, and subject mentors.
These workshops expose teachers to:

Level 3: Off-Campus Intensive Training Program
In the final level, selected teachers participate in a three-day residential off-campus training program.
